At the heart of the UFO building is the large auditorium. Beddeleem placed the impressive acoustic 'guillotine wall', splitting the auditorium into a room for 610 and one for 396 people.

Apart from the auditorium, most of the UFO's surface area is taken up by the multifunctional foyer area, where we installed the ceiling.

For the rest of the building, Beddeleem supplied and installed metal and plasterboard ceilings, plasterboard walls and JB 2000 relocatable partitions with accompanying door assemblies.
